## The Game

The demo is a single-player game that works offline. It does not require an

in-game account, include advertising or online multiplayer, or automatically

send gameplay analytics or diagnostic reports to us. It does not request access

to your microphone, contacts, precise geographic location or camera recordings.

### VR Inputs

The game processes headset and controller position, orientation, tracking status

and button inputs on your device to display the scene, aim weapons and operate

menus. This is necessary for VR gameplay. The game does not send these inputs

to us or save a continuous movement recording. Saved view and menu-placement

settings are described below. Meta's headset tracking system operates separately

from the game.

### Local Progress and Settings

The game stores progress, scores, wins, upgrades and preferences in its local

application storage. Preferences include difficulty, audio volume, visual

effects and view/menu placement. These files let the game remember your choices

between sessions. They are not automatically uploaded to us.

### Local Diagnostics

The game also stores limited diagnostic information locally to help investigate

technical problems. This includes timestamps, a timestamp-based session label,

build version, match phase, difficulty, pause/focus status, object counts,

frame-rate readings, processing times and engine memory measurements. The game

rotates these diagnostic files so older records are overwritten. It does not

automatically transmit them to us.

We receive your local files only if you choose to provide them or explicitly

authorize a support collection. Participation is optional. Please review files

and clips before sharing them and remove unrelated personal information.

## Support and Feedback

If you email us, we receive your email address, the name displayed by your email

service, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to

reply, investigate problems and improve the game. We do not automatically add

support contacts to a marketing mailing list.

Support email is handled through Gmail. Website hosting is provided by

Squarespace. These providers process information needed to supply their services.

Support information is available to people working on the issue and the service

providers handling it. We do not sell it or use it for targeted advertising.

Information may also be disclosed where legally required.

## Retention and Deletion

Local progress remains on your device until it is reset or removed. Diagnostic

records remain until overwritten or removed. Clearing the game's local app data

removes these files and also resets your progress. Contact us for help before

doing this if you are unsure.

We retain support correspondence and voluntarily supplied diagnostics only as

long as needed to address the request, investigate related issues and meet

applicable legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete the

personal information you have sent us by emailing

Weenie Baneenie Privacy Request. Identify the correspondence concerned; do

not send passwords or identity documents. We may ask for limited information to

verify that the request is yours. We cannot remotely erase files held solely on

your headset or delete records controlled independently by Meta.

## Website and Platform Services

The game's offline operation does not mean visiting a website or using a Meta

account is anonymous. Squarespace may process technical information such as IP

addresses, browser/device information and cookies when you visit this website.

Meta separately operates the headset, store, account and system-level sharing

services. Gmail processes emails you send to our support address. This game

policy does not replace those providers' policies or cover unrelated Exodus

Star activities.

## Younger Players

The demo is intended for ages 13 and above. We do not ask players to submit their

age or create an in-game account. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us

personal information through support, contact us so we can address the request.
